Major Setback

Server will be dead, I can not afford a VPS with high enough specs, in an even close to decent location for ping.
The provided server uses too much CPU for my budget.

Since this has come up unexpectedly, I have decided to release all of my work done on Iris to someone who knows what they are doing. I will include complete instructions on how to set it up, so one of you guys can own it.
Features are listed below.

Please note that these programs are coded by myself (Two), and not the other programs you see floating around the internet.

These are the features it currently has:

• A quick app written in C to quickly edit exp multiplier (for events), NPC speech, quest description, quest exp, game experience, drop, enchantment rate and gold. FULL list of item names and their corresponding game ID's. The program has a half-written feature to insert into database, but is extremely buggy and likely to crash.
  You will need to fix that if you want to use it.
  
• Pre-Customized NPC that I have added to sell various mounts, potions, and scrolls in random yet useful locations.
  
• FULL GRAMMATICALLY correct English speech, unless a few slipped past me, but that is easy to fix.
  
• Game launcher, if you ever need to patch something.
  
• Tutorial server
  
• 2 Game channels
  
• Admin hack-type thing in place of a GM client.
  Teleport to clicked position on map is the only feature it has at the moment.
  
• The official (non-crashing) skills from user Timebomb
  

Uncompleted projects:

• 35ish% complete anti-hackable client coded in C/C++ that detects programs you list and 3rd party editors attached to it --launches whenever connected to a given IP.

Yikes. Uhh... I'll try and do something Tom. I know we were talking about it yesterday, but I think I could get a quad core. If I tried, I could. I'll see if I can.

It depends on what kind of VPS or dedicated box you have. May I ask what you have?

A quad core dedicated server somehow cannot handle this private server either. It seems to be eating up way too many resources. I'm not really understanding it.

Could any of the Devs/Admins give me their Skype?
